## Linear Ticket - https://linear.app/chatwoot/issue/CW-7276/bsuid-support-to-whatsapp-voice-calling ## Description Keeps WhatsApp voice calls in the same thread as the chat when a caller has adopted a **WhatsApp username** and hidden their phone number.
