chore: upgrade valid_email2 to v7

Brings in the deny_list / deny_listed? API (renamed from
blacklist/blacklisted? in 5.3+), which lets the gem own the consumer
email provider lookup rather than maintaining a parallel set in app code.

No behavior change at this commit — existing call sites use valid? and
disposable_domain?, both preserved in v7.
