## Description
This PR adds support for PDF file uploads to the Captain document
knowledge base system. The feature enables users to upload PDF files
directly to the knowledge base for FAQ generation and document
processing, expanding beyond the existing URL-based document ingestion.

## Description
This PR fixes an issue with slug validation in the Help Center portal
settings. Previously, users were able to create or update slugs with
invalid characters such as spaces, slashes, and special symbols, which
cause help center to crash.
With this update, slug creation and updates are now properly validated.
Only slugs that match the allowed pattern will be accepted. No spaces,
underscores, slashes, or special characters are allowed.

There were two warnings showing up on new teams page
1. `errorMessage` prop was getting invalid value, this was because were
short circuting the error message using `&&`, fixed it by using ternary
operator
2. `vue-i18n` has deprecated [rails
syntax](https://vue-i18n.intlify.dev/guide/essentials/syntax#rails-i18n-format),
fixed that warning by removing `%` before `{}` for interpolation
> Note: the `vue-i18n` deprecation needs to be handled, but we can do it
later
